01

Demand

Move from “people need this” to an evidence plan.

1. Who is the specific buyer, and what situation are they in?
2. What active problem are they trying to solve?
3. What does the problem cost in money, time, risk, frustration, status, or missed opportunity?
4. What are they doing today instead of buying your product?
5. What evidence do you already have that this problem is real?
6. What evidence would change your mind about the opportunity?
02

Offer

Define something specific enough to evaluate and test.

1. What specific outcome will the product help create?
2. What is the shortest believable path from the buyer's current state to that outcome?
3. What are the 3–5 essential components or steps?
4. What should version one deliberately exclude?
5. Which delivery format best fits the buyer and result?
6. Why should the buyer choose this instead of the main alternative?
03

Message

Make the value clear enough to put in front of a buyer.

1. Complete: “For [buyer] who [problem], this helps you [outcome] by [mechanism/path].”
2. Which buyer words or phrases should appear in the page or pitch?
3. What are the three strongest objections?
4. What proof, demonstration, logic, or experience supports the core claim?
5. What should the buyer understand within five seconds?
6. What is the smallest next action that gives you useful evidence?
